The problem
§01The insurance platform needed to automate complex claims processing workflows while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Manual processing was slow, error-prone, and required large teams.
The solution
§02We built a multi-agent ecosystem with RAG pipelines for sub-second knowledge retrieval, powering both web and mobile frontends. Six secure connectors integrated with existing insurance systems, while automated workflows handled claims routing, document analysis, and decision support.
Architecture
