Pepsi's KSA and UAE analytics pipeline required manual data processing by a team of 6 people, with refresh cycles taking a full week. The process was error-prone and couldn't scale across regions.

The solution

We automated the entire analytics pipeline, reducing refresh cycles from 1 week to 3 days (57% faster) and cutting the team requirement from 6 people to 2 (66% reduction). The solution scaled seamlessly across multiple regions.
